We hope you are very happy with your Mama Rules purchase as we aim to please however if you would like to make a return then we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
In order for the goods to be exchanged or refunded they must:
Be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Be returned in the condition in which they were sold, in the original packaging, unused and unwashed.
We cannot refund or exchange any goods that are not faulty which have been used , washed, damaged in any way, that no longer have their original packaging or are out of the 14 days returns period.
If you do return an item in non-returnable condition then the item will be returned to you at your cost.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Personalised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please double check the information and preferences submitted before placing your order. The name added to the item will be the same that is submitted for a personalisation so please double check the spelling and colours selected. Please contact us asap if you do wish to make changes and we will help if the product has not yet been printed.
Non- Personalised Christmas Gifts
As we know many people are shopping earlier for gifts this year and you might like to purchase using our current promotions, we are therefore extending our gift returns period. If you make an order and add a gift note then the gift order can be returned up until the end of 2020. The terms and conditions of accepting a return as detailed above still apply. This includes that no personalised gifts can be returned or exchanged.
How to process a return or exchange
Complete the returns form that is included in your delivery and send it with the unused product in it’s original packaging securely to:

Items that are faulty due to external factors and not due to a manufacturing fault will not be refunded or exchanged.
Once we have received your return and assessed its condition, we will contact you with the outcome within 7 days and inform you if either a refund or exchange has been authorised as requested. If you request a different item for an exchange and it is not in stock then we will contact you.
We recommend you send parcels via a registered traceable service and obtain a proof of receipt. Any postage and packaging costs for returning the item are at your expense. Mama rules cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach us or for delays in your exchange/return reaching us in time.
Please take care to package the item so that it is not damaged in transit and is returned to us safely. We are unable to accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be made to the original payment form and your account will be credited within 28 days.

2 For £38 Muslin Promotion
Muslins can be exchanged for a different print of your choice if they are returned in their original condition. Both items can be refunded for £38 if they are returned in their original condition. If you would like to only refund one of the muslins from this offer then only the difference in the promo will be refunded so that the original price for the one muslin kept is paid for. For example if one £20 muslin is kept and another is returned then £18 will be refunded. £38 - £20 = £18. You will only be charged for the price of the muslin you have chosen to keep.
Free Lucky Stars Muslin promotion
If the Free Lucky Stars Muslin with every maternity and nursing top purchased promotion is running then if you wish to return the top for a refund, the muslin must also be returned, both in their original condition in order to receive the refund.
